When a former boss said, “Having all the success in the world isn’t important unless it has a significant impact on others”, it led to an existential crisis about work and life for Jonathan Salib.
The result?
He left a well-paying corporate job and chose to dedicate his time to leading and building something that truly impacts communities.
Jonathan is now the General Manager of Koéna Skincare – a social enterprise of which the basis of the company is about ‘Giving Balance Back’ to the community. All profits made from the sale of product goes directly back to charity, Empower Overseas Aid.
