Dr Kirstin Ferguson began her career at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) where she became an Air Force Officer, went on to study law and work as a senior executive in a corporate law firm before becoming CEO of a global safety consulting firm.
Dr Kirstin Ferguson is a professional company director, keynote speaker and author. She sits on a number of ASX listed and private company boards and is also the Deputy Chair of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation
As well as Honours degrees in Law and also History, she also has a PhD in leadership. Kirstin was the creator of the Walkley nominated #CelebratingWomen campaign in 2017 and is also the author of the award-winning book Women Kind with co-author Catherine Fox.
