Jade Green’s journey takes her from trailer and trauma to triumph.
The lessons she learned from her ‘colourful’ father and becoming the legal guardian to her two sisters at the young age of 13 ½ have given her the level of grit and go for it attitude that now recognises Jade as the host of surf and business podcast Barrels and Business and co-host of the leadership and team building podcast Team:Engineered. She is a transformational teacher, best-selling author, global speaker, learning junkie, spiritual being, surfer and adventurer.
To her clients though she is a fluffy baseball bat wielding, rule-breaking, serial entrepreneur that can’t help but pull others up the success mountain through accountability, mindset and knowledge. Jade is able to combine 2 decades of experience building businesses with proven methodologies to get the results her clients need.
She has been honoured as one of StartUp Daily’s Top 50 Women Entrepreneurs Under 40, received two Bronze International Stevie Awards for Women in Business, and her Search Firm, Velocity Consulting, was the very first business to receive investment from The Entourage Growth Fund.
But enough about the shiny things.
Jade’s mission is to help purpose driven Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Coaches to scale their companies so that they can achieve the impact they deserve by creating productive and profitable teams that are happy and are the ripple effect for the positivity we want to see in the world.
Her ultimate goal is to enable 6000 humans to be happier at work by May 2024 and remind people that business isn’t just about numbers, it’s about the human side too. This balance allows people to lead a life where they are killing it, and not fall into the same trap as she did where the business is killing them.
