For the past thirty years, Maree has worked with numerous leaders, teams and organisations all over Australia, helping them communicate more effectively to get the results they are looking for.
Maree began her career as a registered nurse working at a major trauma hospital in Melbourne, Australia – an expected job for daughters in the family at the time. Followed by several senior roles in banking and over seventeen years as an expert behavioural consultant, she is equipped with the resolve and knowledge to connect and inspire any mix of people.
Maree is also the author of multiple books. Her latest book, “Level Up – How Managers Learn to do Less and Be More” is full of frameworks, tools, and case studies to equip you to lead at the right level and at any level.
We discuss at length Maree’s definition of Memorable Leadership means. She shares that a memorable leader is someone that people remember, someone that people talk about in the future, someone that has makes a positive impact on other’s careers and life decisions.
