Buh-bye Facebook – I’m building something better

Let’s be real – doing things the way they’ve always been done just doesn’t cut it anymore.

And if you know anything about me, you’ll know I don’t follow rules for the sake of it. I create what works for my business, my clients, and the life I’m building on purpose.

So here’s what’s changing.

This month, I made the call to shut down my public and client-facing Facebook groups.

Five years ago, those groups were the place to be – free, accessible, and a lifeline during lockdowns. But the truth is, I don’t want to build a community inside someone else’s walled garden anymore.

Let me be straight with you – those spaces were never really ours.

Algorithms decide who gets seen. Rules shift without warning. Spam, distractions, noise – they’ve all taken over. And I’m not here to play small inside someone else’s empire.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be gradually closing the doors on those Facebook groups. No drama. No panic. Just a clear, conscious transition to something better.

We’re creating a space that is intentional, curated, and fully owned by us.

A space where the Elevate community can connect without the chaos
A space where you’ll get real conversations, real visibility, and real growth
A space where I can share more of the thinking, strategy, and tools that actually move the needle, without tech gatekeepers calling the shots

And this decision? It’s not just about leaving Facebook. It’s about choosing to do business by design, not by default.

It’s about building platforms that reflect who we are and where we’re going. It’s about creating communities that are safe, bold, and fiercely supportive. It’s about freeing up time to go deeper, create more powerful IP, and make Elevate even more accessible to the women who need it most.

More details to come on what this new space will look like – but for now, know this:

It’s okay to do things differently.
It’s okay to evolve.
And it’s absolutely okay to go against the grain.

Because when you stop following someone else’s playbook, you start writing your own.

What’s shifted for you in the last five years? What are you walking away from? Hit reply – I’d love to hear.
