5 marketing moves to generate new leads

Too many entrepreneurs are playing the waiting game in business. They pour their heart and soul into their business but aren’t able to attract the clients the need because that’s just not enough by itself.

Sound familiar? Don’t worry, today I’m sharing five powerful marketing moves you can make that will transform your lead generation.

  1. Craft a Lead Magnet That Solves an Immediate Need
A compelling lead magnet is essential. It’s about creating something invaluable that directly addresses the pressing challenges your target audience faces. Think about common questions or recurring problems your clients share and address them directly. Once it’s ready, don’t hide it! Make it prominent on your homepage, social media, and email signature.
  2. Get Visible with ‘Busking Out’
If you want to get noticed online, you need to put yourself out there.  Much like a street performer who goes where the people are, you need to be where your clients are, whether that’s online platforms like LinkedIn or community events. Once you’ve found the right environment, make sure you’re sharing your insight, asking questions, and engaging with people.  Consistency and visibility are key to attracting attention and generating leads.
  3. Use Clear Calls to Action
One of the simplest ways to increase leads is having clear and irresistible calls to action. This could be on your website, social media profiles, or emails, but wherever it is, make sure it’s prominent and easy to find. A visible and compelling CTA can significantly boost lead conversion.
  4. Ask for Referrals
Don’t shy away from asking for referrals – they are a goldmine.  Develop a habit of asking satisfied clients to introduce you to other people who might benefit from your services, and always follow up. Make sure you show appreciation to the referrer and keep them updated on how things go.
  5. Make Offers Regularly
I know it’s obvious, but so many people aren’t making consistent offers. Don’t wait for clients to come to you; let them know what you can do for them by consistently communicating your offers. This doesn’t mean you’re being pushy; rather, you’re offering solutions and opportunities for collaboration.

So, you’ve got my five strategies, now it’s time to work your magic! Just remember they aren’t a one-time fix but part of the process to build a successful thriving business. I’d love to hear how you go, and which ones work best for you.

Until next time, stay brilliant!
