Mike is particularly passionate about transforming lives through enhancing relationships and building trust. He believes that harnessing the power of relationships is the essential skill that signifies great leadership. To help leaders build stronger relationships, more capable employees, and loyal teams, Mike developed the “The Human Experience” Model. The HE Model helps leaders to better understand the complex convergence of factors that shape each individual’s unique perspectives and behavior, allowing for more effective interactions and responses their people.
Mike earned his Ph.D. in from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He has also earned a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University and a certificate in Adaptive Leadership from Harvard University.
